Business Development / Regional Sales Manager - Govt & PSU (West)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with System Integrators/Strategic Accounts/Consultants & End Customers
- Manage our existing key Accounts
- Create and execute on detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives
- Maintain monthly forecast and sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with appropriate internal and external resources and partners.
- Participate in account planning and strategy activity
- Understand and appropriately leverage sales and support resources
- Articulate appropriately at all customer levels the Visual Computing Platform roadmap for product features and benefits.
- Work to increase awareness and interest in Videonetics solutions in assigned territories or accounts
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on Videonetics products, roadmaps, competition, pricing, market share, and key product differentiation.

Qualification and Experience
- Experience range in between 8-10 Years field sales and/or sales management experience
- Minimum Graduate (Engineering Preferred) with Degree or Diploma in Business Management
- Strong exposure to Govt & PSUs/Enterprise/Commercials/ Corporate/Industrial and/IT & ITES vertical is MUST with ready relationship with key ELV consultants/Architects.
- These positions are for various verticals and candidates will be selected for specific verticals or groups of verticals.
- Exposure & Experience in Video Surveillance & Security Product Industry in the region with established contacts in the industry.
- Exposure & Experience in VMS, Video Analytics Software domain will be an added advantage
